What you are buying

A booking gives you the only advertising placement on the 24hour.ad homepage for one full calendar day in the America/New_York time zone (US Eastern Time), from 12:00 AM until 12:00 AM the following day. Your advert appears only once it has been approved under our advertising rules.

We describe the product as “24 hours”. Because the day follows US Eastern Time, a booking on the day clocks go forward has 23 hours and a booking on the day clocks go back has 25 hours. Your entitlement is the full Eastern Time calendar day.

No bidding, no outbidding

Each date can be booked by one advertiser only. Once your booking is paid and approved, nobody can replace it by paying more. Only whole future days can be booked, up to 12 months ahead.

Price

You pay the price shown when you check out, in US dollars. The price changes for future purchases: every successful booking raises it by $1 and every Eastern Time day without a booking lowers it by $1, within a range of $1 to $50. Your price is fixed once you pay and is never changed afterwards. Your date and quoted price are held for 30 minutes while you complete payment. Refunds and cancellations do not change the current price.

No guaranteed results

We sell exclusive advertising space on our own website, not traffic. We do not promise any number of visitors, impressions, clicks or conversions. The visitor counter on the homepage reports real visits to 24hour.ad. Your private results page shows how your advert performed.

Approval, refunds and cancellations

• If your advert is not approved, you receive a full refund and the date is released.
• If your advert has not been approved by the start of its day, it does not run and you receive a full refund.
• If you want to cancel a future booking, email us before the day begins and we will refund you in full.
• Adverts removed after publication are handled as described in the advertising rules.
• If we cannot show your advert because of a problem on our side, we will refund you or offer another date of your choice.

Your content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything in your advert and at its destination, and that it is lawful and accurate. You give us permission to display your advert on 24hour.ad during your day and in our archive of previous advertisers afterwards. YouTube adverts are shown using YouTube's official embedded player and remain subject to YouTube's terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
